We write to you on WhatsApp in English or French, with photos from every visit and every repair.

One month's rent per year
+ VAT. That's it.

Do I need to come to Israel?
Usually not. We show the apartment to candidates, send you photos and videos, and the management agreement and the lease can usually be signed remotely.
How is the rent paid?
The tenant pays directly into your bank account, and we check every payment. If a payment is late, we follow up with the tenant and let you know.
What about taxes?
Rental income from an apartment in Israel is taxed in Israel, also when the owner lives abroad, and your country of residence may tax it too. We don't give tax advice. We recommend working with an Israeli accountant, and we're happy to work with yours.
What happens when something breaks?
The tenant contacts us, not you. We send a professional, get a quote and photos to you, and go ahead once you approve.
