- Periodic visits to the apartment, with photos

- A reminder before the lease ends, then a renewal or a new tenant
What's not included
- The cost of repairs: parts and the professional's work, by a quote you approve in advance
- Renovation management: priced separately, by the scope of the work
- Legal representation, for example in an eviction. If needed, we'll refer you to a lawyer

Why one month a year and not a percentage?
Because you know in advance, in shekels, what it will cost. One month's rent per year is about 8.3% of the rent, and it includes finding the tenant.
